Return Policy

J Ashley Jewelry will accept returns up to 14 days after purchase or delivery date for shop credit with an original receipt.

Pieces being submitted for return must be unworn. Upon receipt of the piece, an inspection will take place. If a piece is no loger in new condition, a shop credit will not be given and the piece will be returned to you immediately.

All special and custom orders are non refundable. Please read over all invoices and make changes with J Ashley Jewelry prior to payment. Once payment is made, your order will be created exactly to the description found on your invoice.

Shipping is non refundable and buyer must pay return shipping.

We strive to make all of our customers happy! Please contact us directly if you are unhappy with your piece. As we are only human, mistakes can happen and we are more than happy to fix any mistakes that happen on our end.

Repair Policy

J Ashley is more than happy to repair your jewelry. Returns for repairs will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date with an original receipt, free of charge. After 14 days, the buyer is responsible for additional charges on repairs and/or replacement parts. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact J Ashley directly before shipping any item back.
